The Channel of Formal Complaints is a communication system that aims to make it possible for employees, clients and suppliers to make a formal complaint by means of a simple form, regarding irregular activities and conduct that may represent a breach of the Company Code of Conduct.

All the formal complaints will receive a protocol number and will be analyzed diligently and rigorously.
